Service Desk Technician – Utah – Hill AFB

Required: 2+ yrs experience, DoD Secret clearance, Comp Tia Security + cert

Preferred: MCIPT EDST / EDA / SA / EA cert, or Windows 7 cert or MCSA / MCSE

Main Responsibilities:

  1. provide first-call resolution support via phone and email
  2. create trouble tickets using BMC Remedy
  3. support variety of hardware/software configurations
  4. provide excellent customer service

Location: Hill AFB Utah
