THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE A COMPTIA SECURITY+ CERTIFICATION TO BE CONSIDERED. The individual hired will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle and prioritize multiple, competing tasks. The individual will seek supervisory assistance as appropriate.
* Preferred: MCIPT EDST / EDA / SA / EA Cert, or Windows 7 certification or MCSA / MCSE
Main Responsibilities:
1) provide hardware/software support- installation, update, configure, troubleshoot
2) provide support for all IT equipment- servers, PCs, printers, scanners, laptops, switches, routers, PDAs, video conferencing and projection systems, and external peripherals
3) ensure applications and hardware meet all end user requirements
4) support CAC (common access card) deployment and card readers, middleware and PKI certs
5) support onsite and remote customers as needed
6) support software and hardware refresh/upgrade/configuration efforts- Windows, MS Office, MS Active Directory
7) coordinate warranty repair operations with vendors

Salary: $35,000.00 /year

  • CompTIA Security+
  • Secret Clearance
